IMPORTANT NOTE: We here at Debonair Shape + Bodywear want your shopping experience to be an enjoyable one. We want you to be fully delighted with your purchase(s). Therefore, it is very important that you know your body measurements, and that you check the dimension chart before ordering to ensure that you receive the correct product(s) for your body dimensions. Like most stores, we are unable to receive returns of undergarments (body briefers, panties, etc.) due to health regulations. We sincerely want your shopping experience to be a happy and satisfied experience here at Debonair Shape + Bodywear.

Return of any merchandise requires pre-authorization from us. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will NOT be accepted.

Due to legal and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn.

Undergarments such as body briefers and panties cannot be returned. Bras can be returned for exchange only if it is in NEW condition, (un-worn, un-soiled, altered or damaged), and must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached. We must receive the unused bras within 10 business days of the shipping date. All bra orders that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please check your measurements before ordering to ensure you receive the correct product for your body dimensions.

All returnable merchandise can only be accepted on merchandise that has not been worn, altered, soiled or damaged and with all the original tags attached. Returned items must be received within 10 business days of the shipment date. As soon as we receive the goods we will process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. We will let you know as soon as any refund has been processed.

Shipping and Handling

All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock).

Shipping charges for returned merchandise will not be refunded. However, should you request replacements for a defective item you received, you will not be charged again for shipping.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will be no return charges on items that are defective or were shipped incorrectly.

International Orders: We do not accept online orders for Canada or other destinations outside the United States at this time. Online ordering is for Domestic Orders Only.

While we do our best to ensure the items you ordered are available, if an item is found to be backordered or not available to ship within 7-14 business days after you place your order, we will notify you via e-mail within 24-48 hours. Most orders will ship within 2-4 days of the order being placed.

Most out-of-stock items are usually shipped in 2 to 4 weeks of the order date. If you do not receive your order within 2-4 weeks, please contact us. You have the option to cancel at anytime BEFORE the merchandise ships out.
